Rejuvenation

Kate Winch's practice, Rejuvenation, has been located in the Mission District of San Francisco, CA for the past 11 years.

Kate created Rejuvenation to help bring balance, harmony and general well-being to her client's lives. Through Rejuvenation's integrated wellness services, Kate is committed to supporting her clients fulfill their dreams.

Over the last 10 years, Kate has also taken courses with Landmark Education. At Landmark, Kate trained as a coach and coached participants in several seminars including: The Introduction to Leadership program and the Wisdom course.

More recently,Kate has become an EFT practitioner (emotional freedom techniques), a powerful tool similar to acupuncture, but without the needles. Kate is amazed by the results she has been having with her clients. For more information go to www.emofree.com.

• 2002 — Kate became a Certified Voyager Tarot Consultant after her training with it's creator, Dr. James Wanless, Ph.D.

• 2001 — Kate received her certification at The American Institute of Hypnotherapy.

• 1995 — Kate became a Certified Massage Therapist at the World School of Massage and Advanced Healing Arts in San Francisco.

Kate is originally from Somerset, England. She spends her time practicing yoga, listening to music, pursuing her passion for singing, traveling and sharing time with friends.
